Altus Page Kirkland would like to congratulate Australand Holdings and The Rebel Property Group on their Development Excellence Award for Residential Apartment Development at the Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Awards.
Altus Page Kirkland provided Cost Management services throughout the planning stage and contract administration services for the duration of the construction process. Further to providing full Cost Management services, Altus Page Kirkland also played a bank monitoring role throughout the construction phase for the financier.
The project is an adaptive reuse of a commercial office tower into a state-of-the-art residential building. It comprises 76 spacious apartments over 15 levels, studios, one to three bedroom apartments and penthouses, with views over the harbour.
