About this Project
The Peninsula Hotel is a new build luxury hotel on the banks of the Chao Praya River in central Bangkok. It has 38 floors and 2 basement levels, with 370 guest rooms and suites, 3 restaurants and a commercial rooftop heliport with a heli-lounge below. Altus Page Kirkland initially provided full Cost Management services that developed into the provision of Project Management services after the previous project manager departed. |
