About this Project

Noosa Hospital was constructed under a B.O.O.T. arrangement between Health Care of Australia (currently known as Mayne Health) and the Queensland Government. It was completed in 1999. The development was a newly build public / private hospital and specialist medical centre on a Greenfield site. Altus Page Kirkland provided full cost management services including Cost Control, Financial Reporting and Contract Administration on behalf of Health Care of Australia from Inception to Completion.
