About this Project

Banks Lodge Hostel is an existing Retirement Aged Care Facility in Peakhurst, Sydney, which is owned and operated by the Uniting Church of Australia. Prior to the works, Banks Lodge Hostel had 65 resident rooms, several common areas, a kitchen and staff areas set within landscaped grounds. There were two existing buildings on the site and the project was divided into two stages.
