About this Project
Designed by internationally acclaimed Italian architect, Renzo Piano, RBS Tower at Aurora Place is an outstanding, landmark 40-storey commercial tower complex complemented by a separate high-rise residential tower - Macquarie Apartments. Completed in June 2001, it is an iconic, premium-grade building of exceptional style and design. Page Kirkland Group provided feasibility budgets, from high-level concept sketches, full cost planning and cost control, through to the awarding of the contracts and full contract administration; independent assessment of the share of savings and preparation and negotiation of the complex guaranteed maximum price contracts. |
